Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all Bruv Media services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Services may be cancelled by giving 1 month’s written notice before stopping the service.
  • If cancelled after work has started, you must pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable for completed services.
  • Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software licenses) are strictly non-refundable.

4. How to Request
Requests must be sent to bruvmediaco@gmail.com or 7409666665. We will respond within a reasonable time.

5. Effect of Cancellation

  • You are liable to pay for work done up to cancellation.
  • We will hand over deliverables that are fully paid for.

6. Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund Policy and publish changes on our website.
