Terms of Service

1. Introduction
 Welcome to Bruv Media. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the relationship between you (“Client” or “You”) and Bruv Media (“Agency”, “We”, “Us”). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you accept these Terms.

2. Services
 We provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Web Design. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be agreed via a separate Service Agreement/Proposal, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation for us to perform services (e.g., login credentials, content, approvals).
  • You guarantee that any materials you provide (text, images, trademarks) do not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable advertising, marketing, and privacy laws.

4. Fees, Payments & Invoices

  • You shall pay us fees as outlined in the Proposal.
  • Payment terms may include upfront, milestone-based, or monthly billing, as agreed.
  • Late payments may result in interest or suspension of services.

5. Term & Termination

  • The contract runs from the date of acceptance until completion (or ongoing if recurring).
  • Either party can terminate with 1 month’s written notice.
  • Upon termination, you pay for work done until the termination date, and we deliver agreed, paid-for work.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • You own rights to final deliverables once full payment is made.
  • We may use completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio or promotions unless you request otherwise.

7. Confidentiality
 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information shared.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • We will deliver services with reasonable skill and care.
  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 Google ranking).
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Limitation of Liability
 Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 6 months.

10. Force Majeure
 We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).

11. Notices

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
 These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration or courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Amendments
 We may update these Terms. Continued use or engagement means acceptance.

14. Severability
 If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement
 These Terms, together with the Service Agreement/Proposal, form the entire agreement.
